Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA or certifications preferred)
• 8–10 years of experience in financial analysis, business development, or insurance/financial services
• Strong track record of leading financial performance and business growth
• Strong leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Periodic travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, risk, and profitability
• Provide strategic insights to improve financial outcomes and guide senior leadership decisions
• Monitor key financial indicators and deliver high-quality financial reports
• Identify emerging business opportunities and assess market trends
• Collaborate with leadership to design strategies for expansion and diversification
• Cultivate and manage relationships with brokers, clients, and business partners
• Execute and assess strategic business development initiatives and partnerships
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for opportunity identification
• Prepare business cases and conduct ROI analysis on new investments
• Translate financial insights for non-financial stakeholders using strong communication and presentation skills
• Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, underwriting, sales, and operations

MBA or certifications
