XML Expert

Summary

Join European Dynamics as an XML Expert and contribute to the development of front-end and back-end website applications for a major client. This remote position within the EU requires close collaboration with the client's IT team. You will design user interactions, responsive applications, and APIs, while participating in the design and creation of scalable software. The role demands extensive experience with XML technologies and related tools, along with a university degree in IT or a relevant field and 13 years of experience. Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with 13 years of relevant experience
• Excellent experience with implementing solutions based on XML technologies and possibly semantic technologies/ontologies, for the purpose of data and metadata exchanges
• Experience with implementing models as standardized (XML) schemas
• Good knowledge in several of technologies and tools such as: XML, DTD, XML Schema, Schematron, XPATH/XSLT, XHTML, HTML4, HTML5, UTF8, XSL-FO, PDF/A, PDF/UA, CSS, SGML, Java, Perl, DITA, XML editors, Protégé, Virtuoso
• Experience with JIRA, SVN, GIT, Visio
• Excellent command of the English language
