3D Modeler

Summary

Join Boldr, a global B-Corp, as a 3D Modeler with an architectural background. You will create Revit and/or Sketchup models of architecture, hardscape, and topography based on client-provided materials. Responsibilities include modeling in Sketchup, optimizing models, conforming to modeling standards, and refining client-provided models. Ideal candidates possess extensive Sketchup experience, familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Suite, and a solid portfolio. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required. Requirements

• A solid portfolio of work
• Extensive experience with Sketchup
• Experience with the Adobe Acrobat Suite (Photoshop/Indesign)
• Minimum BS degree in Architecture

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean Revit and/or Sketchup models for our 3D Artists
• Modeling architectural massing in Sketchup based off client provided CAD/Drawings
• Modeling site hardscape and topography in Sketchup based on client provided CAD/drawings
• Optimizing client supplied Models
• Conforming to our Modeling Standards
• Providing the team with clean import files
• Refining client provided Sketchup models based off inspiration images or sketches
• Organizing and understanding client supplied drawings

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a 3D Artist with familiarity with 3dsMax and Corona Renderer
• Exposure to 3DSMax, Corona, Unreal Engine or Revit
• Masters in Architecture
