Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field from an accredited college or university required with three (3) or more years of related experience
  • An additional four (4) years of related experience may substitute for degree
  • US citizenship or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3+ years, and be Federal Tax compliant required
  • Active IRS MBI Clearance
  • Testing Process and Quality Improvement
  • Agile Testing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts
  • Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives
  • Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable
  • Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date
  • Work with developers to resolve defects and retest
  • Work with test lead to provide automated testing support by running scripts
