A V DevOps Tech Lead

Summary

Join Adaptiq, a technology hub supporting R&D teams for product companies, as a DevOps Tech Lead. You will lead a team, design and execute the DevOps roadmap, and ensure scalable and secure delivery processes. This hands-on role requires experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• At least 3 years of experience in tech leading, creating, and executing tasks
• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, including Helm and EKS in production environments
• Experience with Terraform for scalable and secure infrastructure management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)
• Experience with Linux systems, with proficiency in Bash and Python scripting
• Cloud platforms such as AWS or similar
• Strong understanding of scalability, high availability, and infrastructure security
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a sense of accountability and ownership
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English and able to articulate technical concepts clearly

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and leverage cutting-edge technologies for our product's infrastructure
• Provide environments for product development and testing using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
• Maintain application environments (Dev, Staging, and Production)
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Create tools to manage CI/CD, including Operators, Microservices, and other management tools
• Integrate tools related to building, deploying, and monitoring software systems
• Ensure application architecture follows DevOps best practices
• Collaborate with development, product, and other stakeholders to provide innovative automation solutions
• Execute POCs for evaluating new technologies that can take us forward

Preferred Qualifications

• Cybersecurity expertise
• Experience managing databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Background in automotive or medical software industries
• Hands-on experience building and managing custom tools for CI/CD and automation
