Summary
Join Adaptiq, a technology hub supporting R&D teams for product companies, as a DevOps Tech Lead. You will lead a team, design and execute the DevOps roadmap, and ensure scalable and secure delivery processes. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- At least 3 years of experience in tech leading, creating, and executing tasks
- 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, including Helm and EKS in production environments
- Experience with Terraform for scalable and secure infrastructure management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)
- Experience with Linux systems, with proficiency in Bash and Python scripting
- Cloud platforms such as AWS or similar
- Strong understanding of scalability, high availability, and infrastructure security
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a sense of accountability and ownership
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English and able to articulate technical concepts clearly
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and leverage cutting-edge technologies for our product's infrastructure
- Provide environments for product development and testing using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
- Maintain application environments (Dev, Staging, and Production)
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Create tools to manage CI/CD, including Operators, Microservices, and other management tools
- Integrate tools related to building, deploying, and monitoring software systems
- Ensure application architecture follows DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with development, product, and other stakeholders to provide innovative automation solutions
- Execute POCs for evaluating new technologies that can take us forward
Preferred Qualifications
- Cybersecurity expertise
- Experience managing databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Background in automotive or medical software industries
- Hands-on experience building and managing custom tools for CI/CD and automation
