Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in agile methodologies preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in delivery management, with a focus on agile and scrum practices
• Demonstrated proficiency in agile mindset and techniques, with a track record of successful agile project delivery
• Strong technical background in Digital Consumer Experience or related domains
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Valid work visa - Massive Rocket does not provide sponsorship at the moment

Responsibilities

• Champion agile principles and practices within the team, fostering an agile mindset and culture of continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor a team of agile practitioners, including scrum masters, project managers, and delivery professionals, to deliver exceptional results
• Coach team members on agile values and techniques, empowering them to optimize project processes and workflows
• Utilize your technical background in Digital Consumer Experience to provide strategic guidance and support on project delivery
• Drive innovation and efficiency through the implementation of agile best practices and methodologies
• Monitor and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Cultivate strong client relationships, striving for maximum satisfaction and retention

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) or similar agile certifications highly desirable
• Experience in agile transformation initiatives and driving cultural change is a plus
