Summary
Join MSRcosmos, an IT services subsidiary of a U.S.-based multinational conglomerate, as an Oracle Cloud HCM, Absence Lead Functional Consultant. This contract role is remote and focuses on implementing new absence types in Oracle HCM for non-US legal jurisdictions. You will configure the system, create functional design documents, and develop test scripts. The position requires extensive experience in global Oracle HCM Absence implementations and a strong understanding of integration points with other modules and third-party applications. Success in this role demands strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Requirements
- At least 4 global Oracle HCM Absence implementations, working as a lead functional consultant
- Understanding of integration points between Absence, other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g. Payroll, Compensation etc.) and third-party applications
- Ability to configure to all types of Absence plans including Accrual, Qualification, No Entitlement, Compensatory etc
- Knowledge on Work shifts, Work schedules, Scheduler profiles
- Ability to determine derived factors, eligibility profiles and other compensation objects required and configure them as needed
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to work well with offshore teams
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bachelorβs degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with new absence types in Oracle HCM specific to non-us legal jurisdictions
- Perform system configurations
- Create functional design documents
- Develop and document test scripts
Preferred Qualifications
Hands on experience in writing fast formulas, including time entry and time calculation and Absence Fast formulas is preferred
