Accelerator Associate

Summary

Join Decile Group, a leading venture capital accelerator, as an Accelerator Associate to help scale our operations. You will oversee hundreds of venture capital funds across multiple cohorts annually, supporting the VC Lab team. The ideal candidate possesses operational experience in a startup accelerator or similar environment. This fast-paced role offers exposure to all aspects of venture capital within a hyper-growth startup. Responsibilities include managing admissions communications, organizing events, improving operational processes, tracking participant progress, managing stakeholders, and providing support across various communication channels. Requirements

• Previous experience with accelerator operations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical nature
• A strong personal interest in Venture Capital

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage admissions communications
• Help with organizing events for the Accelerator Community
• Improve operational processes, workflow, docs, and tools
• Track quality, execution, and build reports on enrolled participants
• Manage all stakeholders including participants, mentors etc
• Help provide support on Slack and various other channels
