Summary

Join Xplor's IT Division in the UK as an Access Management Specialist and make a daily impact. This fully remote position requires eligible UK work authorization and sufficient time zone overlap for team collaboration. You will analyze user access needs, set up and maintain user profiles and access rights, monitor access activities, implement access controls, perform audits, investigate security breaches, provide user training, maintain documentation, and recommend process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience as an Access Management Specialist, knowledge of access management principles and technologies, experience with relevant software, a strong understanding of IT security protocols and data privacy regulations, and excellent problem-solving skills. A BSc degree in a relevant field is required. Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Access Management Specialist or similar role in IT security
  • Knowledge of access management principles and technologies
  • Experience with access management software
  • Strong understanding of IT security protocols and data privacy regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user access needs and determine access levels required
  • Set up and maintain user profiles, roles and access rights in the system
  • Monitor and log access activities to identify any unauthorized access attempts
  • Implement and manage access controls, including password policies and two-factor authentication
  • Perform regular audits to ensure that access rights are in line with job roles and responsibilities
  • Work with the IT and security teams to investigate any security breaches related to unauthorized access
  • Provide training to users on access management policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to access management processes, policies, and controls
  • Recommend and implement improvements to access management processes and systems
