User Access Management Process and Operational Support

Summary
Join D-ploy, an IT and Engineering Solutions company, as a User Access Management (UAM) support specialist. This full-time position, available immediately and lasting until December 31, 2025 (with possible extension), focuses on providing day-to-day operational support for the UAM onboarding process and assisting with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) onboarding tasks. You will manage the UAM shared mailbox, track request statuses, resolve common submission issues, and coordinate with various teams. The role requires strong communication skills and experience in administrative support or project coordination within IT environments. Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in administrative support or project coordination, preferably in IT environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured processes independently
- Familiarity with UAM lifecycle, SharePoint, Workday, and VDI onboarding processes
- Ability to identify common submission errors and act accordingly
- Fluency in English
- Candidates must declare a clear criminal record issued no earlier than 3 months prior to the start date
Responsibilities
- Monitor and categorize requests in the UAM shared mailbox by priority and content
- Maintain and update request statuses using SharePoint and Excel
- Respond to standard queries using communication templates
- Identify and act on incomplete or incorrect submissions (e.g., missing ID, unsigned forms, duplicates)
- Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the UAM Lead
- Support reporting and follow-up logs
- Coordinate between requestors, SPOCs, and internal support teams
- Ensure compliance with escalation and documentation protocols
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Teams; knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
