As an Account Coordinator, you will support the execution of influencer marketing strategies, focusing on seeding and gifting campaigns. Key responsibilities include managing influencer outreach, maintaining data, coordinating logistics, and supporting campaign execution. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns meet goals. Requirements
- Previous experience or internship in influencer marketing, PR, or related roles preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and tools such as Canva, Google Suite, and influencer platforms (e.g., ShopMy, LTK, Shopify Collabs)
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for social media trends, pop culture, and the influencer landscape
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of influencer marketing strategies, focusing primarily on seeding and gifting campaigns
- Organize and maintain influencer outreach spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness
- Coordinate gifting logistics, including product shipments, tracking, and influencer follow-ups
- Ensure all deliverables are met promptly and maintain project timelines
- Research, source, and identify influencers and creators that align with client goals
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, acting as the point of contact for campaign coordination
- Assist with influencer outreach via DMs and email, tracking responses and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to create briefs and guidelines for influencers
- Assist in brainstorming campaign themes and content ideas
- Track user-generated content (UGC) and support in repurposing content across platforms
- Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and cultural moments
- Provide regular updates on platform changes and industry insights to inform client strategies
- Track the performance of influencer partnerships, including engagement, reach, and other metrics
- Compile data into reports for bi-monthly client updates
- Maintain organized records of campaign results, budgets, and influencer contracts
- Provide support to the account team with administrative tasks, such as client call prep, note-taking, and next steps/action item communications
- Manage client communications, including flagging important DMs to clients and ensuring all deadlines are met
- Keep Archive platform organized and maintain records of influencer interactions, agreements, and campaign documentation
