As an Account Coordinator, you will support Account Managers and Directors, ensuring successful project delivery. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, advertising, business, communications, public relations, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to present to clients and internal management
  • Must have an interest in digital media and technology and continuously demonstrates a willingness to learn
  • Highly proactive and demonstrates initiative to find creative solutions to problems
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to maintain professionalism and punctuality with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain client folders to keep track of all client documentation
  • Maintain client status sheets and ensure to stay on top of outstanding items and tickets within Jira
  • Assist in Jira management and general project management responsibilities
  • Capture internal and external meeting notes and circulate to appropriate stakeholders
  • Proof deliverables against requirements, brand documentation, and client feedback and send to senior management for a final review
  • Maintain relationships with small-scale clients, managing their projects and tasks while closely collaborating with other departments
  • Review project budgets and timelines, ensuring to flag concerns for resourcing overages
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends and competitive research and share insights with other team members
  • Have a working knowledge of client brand standards and assets
  • Collaborate and support with the creation of presentations and proposals, as required
  • Responsible to act as backup and cover projects when other team members are on vacation, as required
