- Customer Profile Identification: Understanding of ideal customer profile (ICP) and ideal personas
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Qualification
- Outbound Prospecting: ADRs actively seek out and contact potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social media
- Lead Qualification: They assess the interest and suitability of leads, determining if they are a good fit for the company's products or services
- Relationship Building and Nurturing
- Initial Contact: ADRs establish initial contact with potential clients and initiate conversations to gauge their needs and interests
- Relationship Development: They nurture leads and build relationships with potential clients to move them closer to purchase
- Sales Support
- Lead Follow-Up: Qualify inbound leads and leads from other channels, such as events
- Appointment Setting: ADRs often set up qualified meetings
- Campaign Enablement / Data Management
- Research and Identification: ADRs research target markets and identify high-potential accounts to focus their efforts on
- 1:M Campaign Enablement: ADRs maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com for both targeted accounts (ICP fit) and targeted contacts (ideal personas)
- Strong adherence to process and workflows within Hubspot and Salesforce
