Summary

Join Snappy as an Account Development Representative and be at the forefront of customer engagement, generating qualified meetings for the sales team. You will conduct outbound prospecting, research and qualify leads, understand customer needs, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with the sales team. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role (or equivalent demonstrable skills)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals or targets in a previous role
  • An infectious passion for sales
  • A history of learning new tools and the ability to pick up new things quickly
  • A competitive spirit
  • A knack for finding ways to motivate yourself and team members
  • A Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels like cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting
  • Research and qualify leads to identify potential customers who are a good fit for our products or services
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively connect with prospects and generate buying interest
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system
  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape
  • Work with tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Lusha to discover leads

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business in new and existing accounts
  • Experience in SFDC and Outreach, Yesware, or Salesloft
