Join Daxko as an Account Executive II and drive new business growth by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and guiding potential clients through the sales process. You will focus on creating strategic partnerships and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. This role is based in the western region of the U.S., ideally near major metros like Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, or Seattle, to align with territory planning and travel needs. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategic sales plans, managing the full sales cycle, identifying and developing new business opportunities, delivering compelling presentations, providing exceptional post-sale support, maintaining consistent communication with clients, proactively handling concerns, negotiating terms and contracts, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and traveling up to 50% for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements

- Confidence working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Deep understanding of solution-based selling
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant sales experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a B2B sales role
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Experience with solution selling strategies
Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quotas and growth objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and closing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and referrals
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients to showcase product value
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to build trust and ensure client success
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand evolving needs
- Proactively handle concerns and ensure positive client experiences
- Negotiate terms and contracts, keeping thorough records of activity in CRM systems
- Stay up to date on industry trends, client challenges, and product enhancements
- Traveling up to 50% for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
