Summary

Requirements
- 3+ years’ sales experience in SaaS environments with a strong focus on heavy KPI measurements
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed KPI targets
- Proven ability to proactively source and close sales virtually
- Strong skills in interpreting client body language and vocal cues remotely
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to continuously learn and grow within a collaborative yet autonomous environment
Responsibilities
- Proactive Prospecting: Leverage your creativity and resourcefulness to identify, pursue, and secure new leads across multiple platforms
- Virtual Relationship Building: Establish trust-based, long-distance relationships with potential clients through video calls, phone conversations, and personalized communication
- Empathic Communication: Accurately interpret client sentiments, unspoken cues, and needs to present tailored solutions
- Consultative Selling: Conduct engaging virtual presentations showcasing PartsBase’s unmatched value in procurement, digital advertising, and PBExpo, effectively closing deals
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and customer experience
- Continuous Growth: Stay informed on industry trends, actively seek customer feedback, and refine your sales approach to consistently achieve and exceed targets
Preferred Qualifications
Aviation knowledge, experience, or background is a significant plus
