Account Executive, Mid-Market

You will manage the entire customer journey, from initial contact to deal closure, focusing on the UK&I mid-market. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales experience, expertise in HR tech and UK labor laws, and a proven track record of success. You'll be responsible for developing a robust pipeline, collaborating with the sales team, and exceeding revenue targets. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on sales experience in a Saas company or start-up
• Demonstrate a proven track record of selling HR tech solutions within the UK&I mid-market segment (100-1,500 employees)
• Showcase expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions for in-house use
• Up to speed on the latest and greatest UK labour laws and legislation
• We are looking for a hunter with superb closing skills
• Go-getter and self-staring mentality
• You are committed to deliver top-notch customer service, turning clients into lifelong advocates
• Comfortable in the spotlights conducting engaging demos in a pre-sales context
• You are a native English speaker
• Thrive in a global remote team environment
• Located in Africa

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your accounts
• Manage the customer buying journey from beginning to end, providing guidance and expertise
• Develop a robust pipeline, team up and engage with your SDR and sales team, synergizing for optimal results
• Continuously refine and revamp sales approaches to stay ahead of the curve
• Ensure a seamless handover of deals to our delivery team post-closure, fostering a smooth transition for our valued customers
• Provide feedback to sales, marketing and product teams for continuous improvement
• Keep your eyes on the prize and meet & exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
