Requirements

  • Have a strong background in B2B sales and thrive when driving the full 360Β° sales cycle from start to finish
  • Be a natural networker who loves building meaningful relationships
  • Be self-motivated, goal-driven, and relentless when it comes to reaching your targets
  • Be a native Italian speaker, fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales journey from cold call to closed deal
  • Be the driving force behind bringing top-tier enterprise clients in Italy on board with our cloud-based meeting management solution
  • Get in front of key decision-makers across industries, delivering a compelling vision that resonates and sells
  • Dive deep into client organizations, uncovering real needs across multiple departments and turning those insights into value-packed proposals
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Team up with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to fine-tune every part of the funnelβ€”from smarter lead gen to a faster pipeline and a higher close rate
  • Keep your sales pipeline organized and data-driven
  • Track wins, learn from insights, and refine outreach strategies to continuously level up
