Account Manager II

Summary

Join Huntress, a fully remote global cybersecurity company, as a Senior Channel Account Manager. Drive revenue growth by expanding and retaining partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to partners and their customers. This high-impact role focuses on net dollar retention, gross dollar retention, partner loyalty, and satisfaction. You will build strong relationships with partner organizations and maintain Huntress's company culture. Success is measured by expansion and retention metrics. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, Channel or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below
• Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry
• Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
• Passionate about working in the partner community, being an advocate for them, and providing meaningful cybersecurity solutions
• Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quota based on both expansion metrics and renewal rates
• Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
• Maintain and reinforce Huntress’ culture
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
