Summary
Join our team as a Sales Development Representative and develop a strong understanding of our products, effectively communicating their value to prospective customers. You will manage and report sales activities, collaborating with Customer Success and internal teams. You will take ownership of customer relationships, deepening engagement through rapport-building and strategic questioning. Identify key stakeholders and navigate the sales process to influence decisions. Contribute innovative ideas to improve the sales process and overall customer journey. This role requires at least 3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in sales, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to learn new software quickly and manage multiple projects is essential.
Requirements
- English is your primary language
- At least 3 years of experience working with customers, preferably in a sales role
- Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience qualifying and evaluating customer needs
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Self-starter, positive attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team
- Highly organized. You can manage and prioritize several different projects
- Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and effectively communicating their value to prospective customers through calls, web demos, and email
- Take ownership of the relationship, deepening engagement through rapport-building and strategic questioning
- Identify key stakeholders and navigate the sales process to influence decisions
- Manage and reporting sales activities
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and internal teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve the sales process and overall customer journey
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree, preferably in a related field of study
- Experience working in the SaaS industry
