Summary

Join Bloomerang as an Account Manager and expand business within existing accounts. This quota-carrying role demands a hunter mentality to identify and close new sales opportunities and a farmer mindset to build relationships and drive long-term client success. You will conduct discovery calls, demo additional solutions, and manage a pipeline to generate new revenue. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, tech-savvy, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Relationship management experience and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle are required. A passion for SaaS solutions and client success is key to succeeding in this fully remote position.

Requirements

  • Drive outbound outreach to engage existing customers in expansion conversations, setting discovery meetings and leading provocative sales discussions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for effectively conveying product benefits, building relationships, and responding to client inquiries
  • Excellent organizational skills are needed to manage leads, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • The ability to quickly learn about new SaaS products, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and respond to evolving client needs is crucial

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full expansion sales cycle, from prospecting within our existing client base to closing new opportunities and driving repeat purchases
  • Identify and qualify upsell opportunities within the existing client base
  • Provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations to clients, addressing their specific needs
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients and uncover expansion opportunities from those leads
  • Actively prospect into assigned accounts, identifying decision-makers and engaging them in strategic discussions to introduce additional solutions
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria)
  • Drive outbound outreach to engage existing customers in expansion conversations, setting discovery meetings and leading consultative sales discussions
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects and opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on the features and benefits of our SaaS products
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to clients and leads
  • Stay informed about the latest technology and SaaS developments
  • Be proficient in using relevant software and tools to effectively communicate and demonstrate our products
