Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience in quantitative market research, insights or consulting, with a focus on reputation and marketing insights creation
  • Demonstrated success presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders at Fortune 500 companies
  • Significant experience managing and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven track record in revenue management, forecasting and driving account-level growth
  • Deep expertise in research design, execution and analytics, with the ability to provide strategic consultation to clients
  • Strong prioritization and delegation skills, with the ability to focus your team on achieving long-term objectives and translating strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling, data-driven narratives for executive audiences
  • Uncompromising attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Creative problem solver with an ability to simplify complex scenarios and drive solutions that deliver measurable business impact
  • Feedback-oriented, open to learning and continuous self-improvement and proactive in raising inefficiencies and barriers to success

Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of an account portfolio by developing and activating strategic account plans, identifying usage and upsell opportunities aligned with Morning Consult’s broader growth priorities
  • Proactively deliver revenue ahead of pace on existing contracts
  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of talented professionals
  • Oversee resource allocation, performance management and talent development to ensure delivery excellence and a positive, high-performing team culture
  • Delegate effectively and empower others to execute with accountability
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders as well as C-suite and executive clients at Fortune 500 companies
  • Serve as a spokesperson for Morning Consult, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to key decision-makers
  • Ensure your team delivers high-quality, data-driven insights that inform critical business decisions for clients
  • Adopt and optimize best-practice delivery processes, resolve complex client issues and keep engagements on track
  • Provide accurate monthly sales and revenue forecasts for your portfolio
  • Manage your team to achieve revenue, retention and growth targets, ensuring all work is priced and delivered profitably
  • Model Morning Consult’s operating principles and values
  • Take ownership of internal initiatives aligned with broader Commercial priorities and contribute to the company’s thought leadership in the market
