Summary

Join Sleek as a Client Manager (Australia) and oversee a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of accounting and tax services. Lead a team of junior and senior accountants to achieve high client satisfaction. Provide accounting and tax services, liaise with the ATO, prepare and submit BAS and tax returns, supervise remote bookkeeping clients, advise clients on accounting and taxation matters, and hire, train, and grow a team of accountants. This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients and is likely located in the Philippines. Requirements

  • To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients and you will most likely be located in the Philippines
  • Team management - hiring, training, nurturing a team of ambitious accountants
  • Managing a portfolio of SME clients with scope ranging from bookkeeping to taxation services
  • Excellent command of client communication and delivery organisation

Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting and tax services to a portfolio of Australian startup and SME clients
  • Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
  • BAS preparation and submission
  • Tax return preparation and submission
  • Provide supervision and control for remote bookkeeping clients
  • Advising and engaging with clients on various accounting & taxation matters
  • Hire, train, nurture and grow a team of like minded accountants
