Summary

Join Aircall's finance team as an AP Accountant and play a key role in the monthly closing activities for multiple international legal entities. You will be responsible for managing accounting operations, including booking supplier invoices, following up on purchase orders, and maintaining supplier data. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in an accounting department and a degree in accounting. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience with experience in an accounting department
  • Degree in accounting
  • You are tech savvy and data driven
  • Rigor, organization and communication skills will be key to succeed in this role

Responsibilities

  • Book supplier invoices, following our Procure-to-Pay process, in NetSuite
  • Follow-up with all departments regarding their open Purchase Orders on NetSuite
  • Be one of the point of contacts for any vendor-related queries
  • Maintain supplier master data, making sure all data is accurate and verifying compliance documentation
  • Manage the prepaid account
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and following up with internal teams, if necessary
  • Participate to any ad-hoc financial activities
  • Participate in the monthly closing
  • Support audits
  • Maintain our Travel & Expense system
  • Ensure financial reporting policies, procedures and controls are documented and up to date
  • Assist and support the AP Manager in any accounting related matters
  • Be a key member of the broader Finance Team
  • Participate in finance projects to reach our goal of being IPO-ready
