Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant position in a multinational working environment
  • Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2). Extra languages desired
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Issue and send invoices to customers
  • Process credit memos
  • Create and maintain Customer details in Accounting System and Data Warehouse
  • Submit invoices to customer platforms
  • Update pricelists and discounts in the company’s ERP (accounting system)
  • Reply incoming requests and customer inquiries
  • Review, analyze, and resolve errors in invoices to ensure compliance with all necessary regulations
  • Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve PeopleCert’s multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones
  • Adhere to and implement the procedures, policies and work instructions as per the PeopleCert’s Integrated Management System

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience preferred
  • Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields is desirable
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable
