Requirements

- Solid organizational skills, with experience managing sales pipelines and analyzing performance data
- Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or social media management is essential
- Self-motivated, with a sales-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure clientsβ needs and goals are being met, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Monitor client accounts to ensure the timely delivery of projects, products, or services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Regularly update clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage client communication through email, phone, or chat
- Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for client meetings
- Perform data entry, CRM management, and client database updates
- Track client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
- Facilitate client onboarding and provide continuous support throughout the client lifecycle
- Work with the team to ensure all client-related documentation is up to date and accurate
- Generate and analyze reports on client account performance, including sales data and KPIs
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on account data
- Regularly assess account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct research on behalf of clients or internal teams
- Manage calendar and email communications for senior team members
- Assist with social media management or content creation, if necessary
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
