Join We Clone You as a Virtual Assistant with expertise in account management and/or sales to provide virtual assistance to businesses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in account management or sales roles is a plus
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally on phone calls and emails
  • Solid organizational skills, with experience managing sales pipelines and analyzing performance data
  • Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or social media management is essential
  • Self-motivated, with a sales-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure clients’ needs and goals are being met, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure the timely delivery of projects, products, or services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Regularly update clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage client communication through email, phone, or chat
  • Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for client meetings
  • Perform data entry, CRM management, and client database updates
  • Track client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Facilitate client onboarding and provide continuous support throughout the client lifecycle
  • Work with the team to ensure all client-related documentation is up to date and accurate
  • Generate and analyze reports on client account performance, including sales data and KPIs
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on account data
  • Regularly assess account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct research on behalf of clients or internal teams
  • Manage calendar and email communications for senior team members
  • Assist with social media management or content creation, if necessary
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
