Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance or a related course
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage invoicing & credit note for corporate and online customers
  • Follow up with corporate customers for payment status
  • Monitor receipts from corporate and online customers
  • Monthly sales reconciliation for online stores and retail outlets (MY & AU)
  • AR-related month-end closing and reconciliation (MY & AU)
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned
