Accounts Payable Clerk

Summary

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a full-time automotive Accounts Payable Clerk with 1-2 years of experience in the automotive field (preferred) and knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds software (preferred). The candidate should be organized, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and computer literate. The job involves processing invoices, scheduling payments, maintaining accurate records, and performing other accounting functions as required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in automotive field (preferred)
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Computer literate to include working with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience working with office equipment such as copier, mail machine, adding machine
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Process all invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Schedule and execute payments in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
• Process accounts payable reports to department heads
• Perform other accounting functions as required
