Accounts Payable Clerk

This fully remote position will have you supporting the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations by managing vendor invoices, payment processing, and account reconciliations. You will work closely with the U.S.-based accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions using NetSuite, Ramp, and AvidXchange. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable or similar accounting role
• Experience working remotely for a U.S.-based company
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Proficiency Microsoft Office
• Self-starter who can work independently across time zones with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Enter, code, and process vendor invoices through AvidXchange and Ramp
• Post and manage payables in NetSuite, including matching with purchase orders and receipts
• Assist with the review and approval routing of vendor bills and corporate card transactions
• Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9 and bank information
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
• Monitor and manage the accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor inquiries promptly
• Assist with weekly payment runs including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• Support month-end close activities such as AP accruals and reconciliations
• Coordinate with U.S.-based team members via Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration tools
• Support Finance & Accounting special projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, AvidXchange, and Ramp is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
