Acquisition Support Systems Engineer

Summary

AAC is hiring an Acquisition Logistics Engineer to support the development of Integrated Logistic Support artifacts and assist the Program team in various tasks. The role involves establishing maintenance requirements, performing CAIV/LCC/Supportability analysis, and interacting with senior personnel. The job offers multiple work locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• 9 years of professional experience
• Ability to attain/maintain DOD Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Supports the development of Integrated Logistic Support artifacts
• Assists the Program team in the development of Product Concept & Plan and fielding to the fleet
• Reviews fleet requirements and recommends tooling and test equipment
• Establishes maintenance requirements for field systems/equipment including all maintenance tasks
• Reviews documentation for technical adequacy
• Supports multiple logistics projects in a customer lead cross-functional IPT team setting
• Performs CAIV/LCC/Supportability analysis
• Provides expertise and products relating to ILS Management, LSA (LORA/LCC LSAR Maintenance Planning), Reliability/Maintainability/Testability, Supply Support (Provisioning Spares & Support Equipment), Support and Test Equipment, Manpower and Personnel, Technical Documentation, Training and Training Equipment, Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T), Facilities, Computer resources
• Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on matters of significant importance
• Mentors and provides guidance to junior logisticians

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related discipline
• 15 years of experience
• Ability to attain/maintain TS/SCI clearance
• DAWIA Certification in Lifecyle Logistics
