Summary

Chimera Enterprises International is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the JPEO-CBRND JPEO-CBRND Medical Office. The job involves providing SE support for assigned programs, developing SE program plans, providing administrative and technical support for reviews and analyses, supporting program contracting processes, managing the SE Integrated Process Team (IPT), drafting briefings and reports, collaborating with other teams, and interacting with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Possess an expert knowledge and understanding of systems engineering (SE), as it relates to the DoD Acquisition process defined in DODD 5000.01 and DODI 5000.02
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline, as well as eight (8) years of general experience and five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Tradeoff Requirement: The candidate shall possess an Associate’s degree or professional certificate in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline, as well as ten (10) years of general experience and seven (7) years of relevant experience
  • Clearance Level: Secret

Responsibilities

  • Provide SE support for assigned program(s), to include planning and execution to support the entire system life cycle, for all SE processes
  • Develop SE program plans as required to document and guide government implementation
  • Provide administrative and technical support for the planning, execution, documentation, and follow-on task resolution for program technical reviews and analyses
  • Support program office’s management of the SE Integrated Process Team (IPT) and sub-working groups
  • Draft clear, concise briefings, documentation, and reports as required to support the government implementation of its SE program activities
  • Collaborate closely with the PM, functional support staff to accomplish program goals
  • Support the program office’s interaction with their stakeholder community
