Requirements

• Professional in areas of Administration, Commercial Engineering, Service Administration, or healthcare
• CRM management for client information

Responsibilities

• Accompanying and communicating with clients, focusing on helping them understand the products and effectively use them
• Delivering valuable information to clients through scheduled consultations, sending documented information according to client needs, and following up with clients to ensure efficient and effective product implementation
• Efficiently activating specific product features
• Managing and resolving internal and external tickets related to the activation process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in SaaS companies
• Experience in the customer service area
