The job is for an Actuary position in Alan's Insurance team. The role involves defining and building products, monitoring business and risks, defining pricing methodologies, and helping the team understand insurance subtleties. The ideal candidate has experience in health and/or prevoyance insurance, a scientific background, strong analytical skills, eagerness to learn, teamwork skills, fluency in English, and excellent written communication skills.

Requirements

• Want to define and build the health and/or prevoyance insurance products that will offer the most differentiating experience to our members
• Have experience in health and/or prevoyance insurance
• Have a scientific background (statistics, actuarial sciences)
• Are capable of understanding technical, data, legal and business questions related to health and/or prevoyance insurance
• Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
• Are eager to deep dive into various insurance topics, analyze competition and identify differentiation opportunities, while helping us shape our strategy
• Enthusiastic about teamwork, curious, learning, and teaching
• Willing to deeply change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quo
• Have strong written communication skills
• Are fluent in English (Alan’s working language)

• Define and build the products that will offer the most differentiating experience to our members in line with market expectations
• Monitor the business and the risks
• Define the pricing methodologies and the renewal strategy
