Summary
Join Blue Acorn iCi, a digital consultancy, as a Technical Product Owner specializing in Adobe applications and Adobe Experience Cloud products. Based in Overland Park, KS; Bellevue, WA; Dallas, TX; Herndon, VA; or Atlanta, GA, you will be responsible for the on-time and within-budget delivery of eCommerce technology solutions. Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a Product Owner management role in the technology space
- Experience with Adobe applications, Adobe Experience Manager, and/or Adobe Cloud products
- Bachelors degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Marketing
- Project management (including risk, issue, dependency, process, and milestone management)
- Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Cross-functional team and people management
- Budget and financial management including profit/loss, billing, and earned value management
- Experience managing client and other third party relationships
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical people
- Ability to identify innovative ways to implement projects within established timeframes
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Responsibilities
- Be available to work on-site in one of the following locations: Overland Park, KS - Bellevue, WA - Dallas, TX - Herndon, VA - Atlanta, GA
- Own product end to end for sophisticated or cross-platform solutions for products of the highest level of complexity and scope, or family of products. This includes crafting, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and strategy including technical vision, capabilities and operability
- Design and drive end user product research
- Partner with business, internal/external collaborators and Leadership to understand current customer experience, identifies areas of opportunity with a focus on bringing to bear AI or other automation technologies and solutions
- Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root cause of issues, and assess opportunity size and impact. Uses these data insights to fulfil customers unmet needs from the product
- Communicate, influence, and sell ideas at director and senior directors and other product stakeholders, This includes regularly delivering product presentations
- Drive specific ad hoc analysis and present information to SVP/EVP/C level and below on request
- Own product feature set or technical improvements to improve customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a professional services company such as an agency or consulting firm
- Experience managing complex web development projects
- Experience with JIRA and/or Mavenlink
