Summary
Join Tango as a strategic Senior Content Creator and contribute to our Demand Generation team. You will develop and execute content initiatives, partner with marketing and subject matter experts, create video content for LinkedIn and YouTube, and build frameworks for internal knowledge sharing. This remote US-based role requires 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in content strategy and video creation. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating content for technical B2B personas is essential. Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on content strategy and creation, particularly video content
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding and creating content for technical B2B personas, particularly in operations, sales, or IT (portfolio required)
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex B2B positioning into compelling content
- Experience in developing thought leadership content and enabling subject matter experts
- Proven track record of creating successful content strategies for LinkedIn and YouTube
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional content initiatives
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journey and ability to create content that influences pipeline
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical subject matter experts
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic content initiatives that align with our B2B positioning and thought leadership goals
- Partner with Product Marketing and Subject Matter Experts to create compelling content narratives that resonate with technical and business audiences
- Create and oversee production of video content optimized for LinkedIn and YouTube, focusing on B2B thought leadership and episodic educational content
- Build frameworks for enabling and amplifying internal subject matter experts' knowledge through content
- Monitor content performance metrics and provide strategic insights to stakeholders
- Guide creative direction during content development, whether working with internal resources or external partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in video production and editing (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with AI tools for content optimization and scaling
