Summary
Join Juvare as a Technical Implementation Analyst (Front End Web Developer) and provide software implementation services for WebEOC and associated solutions. This customer-facing role involves all aspects of the software development life cycle. Based in Adelaide, you will work with high-profile organizations in Australia and New Zealand, utilizing your experience in various development technologies and software implementation. You will need superior multitasking skills to meet changing deadlines. The role reports to the Chief Operations Officer, Juvare Asia Pacific. You will configure web-based products, design emergency management processes, create requirements documents, provide technical assistance, contribute to progress tracking systems, and develop training content. You will also provide Tier 2 support, identify staff development opportunities, support EOC activations, and ensure adherence to information security policies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in web development
- Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experience with Bootstrap versions 3 and 4
- Experience with jQuery
- Experience with RESTful services and APIs
- Experience with SQL Server
- Technical Business Analysis skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 3 years experience implementing software and working directly with clients
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Superior ability to multi-task and meet changing deadlines
- Ability and willingness to travel if required
- New Zealand or Australian citizen or permanent work rights in New Zealand
Responsibilities
- Configure web-based products within the WebEOC framework to meet requirements of our clients' needs for emergency/incident response
- Responsible for the design, utilisation and improvement of emergency/incident management processes
- Create written requirements documents to detail system configuration required to meet client’s needs for Emergency/Incident Response processes
- Provide technical assistance to stakeholders in the support and delivery of emergency/incident management specific programs
- Contribute information to systems for tracking progress and documenting status of activities
- Develop and implement various techniques and procedures for process reviews, including development of online training content and exercise assessments
- Tier 2 support for the region’s clients
- Identify and implement staff development opportunities related to emergency preparedness and emergency response
- Support Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) activations when required
- Understand and be aware of, Juvare information security policies and standards
- Always protect company and client information
Preferred Qualifications
- Material Design experience is preferred, but not essential
- Experience in an emergency management environment (preferred but not essential)
