Join Sana's clinical team as a virtual Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) and make a difference in healthcare. Deliver high-quality, mostly asynchronous primary care to patients, managing a fast-paced caseload while maintaining excellent clinical standards. Build strong patient relationships and master our tech platforms. Contribute innovative ideas to improve care protocols and operations. Collaborate effectively with a team focused on improving healthcare access and affordability. This role requires a Texas license, 3+ years of primary care experience, telemedicine experience, and availability during specified clinical hours. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, efficient multitasker, and technically adept individual passionate about improving the healthcare system.
Requirements
- Licensed in TX (required) with additional state licenses a plus
- 3+ years of primary care experience (family medicine or internal medicine)
- Telemedicine experience
- Available for Sana Care clinical hours: 9am - 5pm CT Monday - Friday
- Strong clinical judgment and deep commitment to primary care

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality asynchronous care to patients with a >90% 4-5 star satisfaction rating
- Manage a fast-paced caseload of at least 20 asynchronous cases per day while maintaining excellent clinical standards
- Build strong patient relationships, achieving >80% engagement with assigned patients over 6 months
- Master our tech platforms and AI-powered workflows within 4 weeks of onboarding
- Identify and implement improvements by contributing at least one care protocol or operational idea each quarter
- Communicate effectively in writing, demonstrating top-tier clinical judgment in asynchronous encounters
- Collaborate internally and across teams with humility and a low-ego, team-first mindset
- Adapt and innovate constantly, thriving in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Champion async-first care delivery, helping redefine how primary care can be delivered efficiently and accessibly
