Advertising Project Manager Intern

Summary

Join the Baidu Global Business Unit as an Advertising Project Management Intern for a 1-3 month internship in Sunnyvale or remotely (on-site preferred). This role offers hands-on experience in managing advertising campaigns and projects, collaborating with various teams. You will assist in project planning, campaign support, communication, research and reporting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. This internship provides valuable experience in advertising and project management, including campaign strategy and client relations. The hourly rate is $25-$28, negotiable.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a must
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
• Passion for advertising, marketing, and project management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing advertising projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to support the execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct market research, analyze campaign performance data, and assist in preparing reports and presentations
• Help with documentation, meeting notes, project files, and other administrative tasks as needed
