Summary
Join ServiceNow's Core Enterprise Solution Consulting team as a Solution Consultant and contribute to the company's hyper-growth in the Retail and Hospitality sector. You will play a key role in driving revenue by leading and collaborating with a broad deal team, including Sales, Solution Specialists, and executives. This role involves developing and presenting solutions, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer success. You will act as a general manager for your business, embodying servant leadership and a growth mindset. The position requires significant experience in solution consulting or sales engineering, proficiency in SaaS solutioning, and a strong understanding of AI integration. Success in this role demands strong sales acumen, collaboration skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIβs potential impact on the function or industry
- 7+ years of solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Proficiency in leading SaaS solutioning and sales in enterprise accounts
- Experience working in a team-based, hyper-growth environment
- Sales acumen, to drive best-practice sales execution with you sales counterpart
- Proficient in building strong trust relationships with decision-makers and senior VP-level budget owners
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
Responsibilities
- Quarterback the executive solution and deal strategy across a broad deal team with our largest customers
- Develop, position and present industry-specific solutions and articulate how customers will realize the value of those solutions during sales cycles to achieve their goals, as well as our sales goals, within your business
- Drive the revenue growth of your business as an industry, functional and technical expert
- Lead solution strategy and deal strategy at an account level across a broad deal team
- Develop and maintain executive (C-Level) and line of business (Director level) customer relationships
- Lead discovery to clearly define customer challenges
- Deliver best-in-class solution demonstrations and presentations to align the value of our solution with customer needs
- Articulate how customers will adopt our solution to realize the value of their investment
- Continuously learn about product innovations
- Act as an industry thought leader
- Provide feedback to product development on how we can innovate our products to drive greater value to customers
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in the Retail and Hospitality industry
- Solution Consulting certifications in Demo2Win, Inspire2Win, Toastmasters
- Experience advising on delivery and value realization post-sale
- Travel, as necessary
