Join Solace, a healthcare advocacy marketplace, as an Advocate Community Lead to develop and execute communication strategies for a growing advocate team. You will lead the creation of internal communication channels and platforms, facilitate engagement through various events, and monitor internal sentiment to address knowledge gaps. The role involves creating resources to empower advocates, building community through storytelling, and ensuring communication is clear, consistent, and impactful. This is a fully remote position requiring 3+ years of experience in internal communications, community management, or PR, preferably in a venture-backed technology or consumer startup. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of agency and autonomy, coupled with a vision for healthcare.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, community management or PR with a strong preference for experience at venture backed technology or consumer startups
- Experience managing internal communication tools, knowledge management and community platforms
- A high level of agency and autonomy coupled with a vision for what healthcare can and should be
- Applicants must be based in the United States
Responsibilities
- Own internal advocate communication channels and community platforms
- Facilitate engagement through onboarding sessions, fireside chats, and other advocate-facing experiences that build connection and clarity
- Monitor internal sentiment and feedback to proactively address knowledge gaps, align messaging, and reduce friction
- Create and curate resources that empower advocates to serve patients with confidence, accuracy, and empathy
- Build community by surfacing stories, celebrating milestones, and maintaining a tone that reflects Solaceโs mission and values
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in a related discipline is preferred
- A clinical background is strongly preferred
