As an AEM Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the performance, scalability, and stability of AEM-based applications. You will design and execute performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, extensive experience in software performance testing and AEM applications, and strong knowledge of relevant tools and technologies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ Years of experience working in software performance testing
  • 3+ Years of experience working focused on AEM applications
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager architecture and performance optimization strategies
  • Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad)
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scenarios for AEM applications
  • Perform load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing to ensure system reliability
  • Identify and analyze bottlenecks, slowdowns, and memory leaks
  • Utilize performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) to simulate real-world scenarios
  • Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to fine-tune server configurations and database optimizations
  • Monitor system logs, CPU, memory, and network utilization during performance tests
  • Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations to improve system efficiency
  • Collaborate in CI/CD environments, integrating performance tests into deployment pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (New Relic, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Web Performance Metrics (TTFB, FCP, LCP, CLS, etc)
  • Experience analyzing logs and system metrics for identifying issues
  • Knowledge of API performance testing using Postman, K6, or similar tools
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries for database performance validation
