As an AEM Solutions Architect, you will design enterprise-level AEM solutions, lead migrations to AEM as a Cloud Service, evaluate Java frameworks, optimize OSGi modules, and design complex integrations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Java for enterprise-level applications
  • Strong foundation in OSGi architecture and principles
  • Ability to create architecture diagrams, project estimations, and risk assessments
  • Experience with Apache Dispatcher configuration and cache management
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture and designing scalable AEM solutions
  • Proficiency in deploying AEM on cloud platforms (AEMaaCS)
  • Advanced knowledge of integration architecture and performance tuning
  • Strong understanding of compliance and security standards for AEM implementations
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise-level AEM solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
  • Create architecture diagrams and project estimations, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies
  • Lead the migration of on-premise AEM implementations to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  • Evaluate and select appropriate Java frameworks for enterprise-level applications
  • Assess and optimize OSGi modules to improve performance and maintainability
  • Design complex integration patterns between AEM and other systems, such as CRM platforms
  • Implement caching and data retrieval strategies to optimize AEM performance for high-traffic applications
  • Validate and ensure adherence to best practices within assigned projects
  • Lead audits to ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations
  • Promote innovative solutions and propose improvements to existing processes
  • Participate in discovery meetings and generate information for RFIs (Request for Information)
  • Perform sprint demos, create Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and present proposals to clients
  • Empower team members to take risks, support them in setbacks, and encourage learning from failures
  • Understand and configure Apache Dispatcher rules, including enabling/disabling rules and creating RewriteRules
  • Develop processes to flush dispatcher cache effectively
  • Leverage CI/CD tools to perform tasks such as coverage tests and automate deployments
