Affiliate Account Manager

Summary
Join Libertex Group as an Affiliate Manager and manage relationships with affiliate partners, generating revenue by promoting products/services through third-party platforms. You will recruit and maintain relationships with affiliates, monitor programs and activities, communicate with clients, and negotiate contracts. Responsibilities include searching for affiliate networks, creating proposals, monitoring websites for fraud, reviewing sales reports, analyzing data, coordinating with the creative team, writing marketing briefs, initiating campaigns, and representing the company at events. The ideal candidate possesses relevant experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Requirements
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role
- Excellent command of English and Spanish language is a must
- Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask and excellent attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and positive attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), knowledge of affiliate networks
- Exceptional planning and project management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel when needed to conferences and/or team meetings in other locations
Responsibilities
- Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain existing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs
- Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities
- Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts
- Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program in accordance with our terms
- Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners
- Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
- Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information
- Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued
- Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services
- Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners)
- Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns
- Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates
- Represent company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or any other related field is a plus
- Experience within the Forex or Fintech industry will be considered a plus
