Requirements
- Be located on the East Coast of the U.S
- Have 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience
- Have direct affiliate marketing experience (agency, in-house, or network)
- Have a Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience
- Be able to travel up to 20%
- Be proficient in Excel and comfortable analyzing data
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong client relationships by consistently delivering high-quality outputs
- Lead discussions on partnership opportunities, using data insights to pitch innovations and align strategies with client business objectives
- Manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and assisting senior team members in maintaining and enhancing client relationships
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights that drive client strategy and campaign optimizations
- Forecast effectively, using data to predict trends and inform client decision-making
- Present data-driven recommendations to ensure alignment between client KPIs and broader business goals
- Nurture and manage relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with client objectives, emphasizing long-term partnership success
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and discover new partners, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends
- Suggest new ideas and approaches that contribute to client success and long-term growth
- Execute affiliate marketing strategies across multiple accounts, ensuring they are aligned with client objectives and driving measurable outcomes
- Continuously monitor portfolio performance and adjust tactics to optimize client success
- Mentor Associate Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and strategic execution
- Delegate tasks effectively, promoting efficiency and professional development across the team

Have experience with Affiliate Networks (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact)
