Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree
  • Have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – and be highly detailed oriented
  • Be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Like identifying patterns in data and trends
  • Be resilient and determined – be up for a challenge and create efficiencies within your work
  • Be an out-of-the-box thinker

Responsibilities

  • Learn: Go through an in-depth training process and develop a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, key stakeholders, how to support high-caliber clientele, DMi’s core differentiators, and DMi best practices
  • Learn: Build upon your knowledge weekly to support team members and clients
  • Administration and Analysis: Support clients and team members by creating call agendas, reporting decks, and weekly client call notes
  • Administration and Analysis: Analyze market trends, develop influencer recruitment lists, and maintain organization of client records and key information
  • Administration and Analysis: Create call agendas to present findings, pending opportunities, and updates to clients
  • Collaborate: Communicate clearly with the client account pod and partnership development pod to ensure support and develop practical solutions
  • Collaborate: Assist with strategy development to meet client needs and grow revenue (client account side)
  • Collaborate: Collaborate on brand opportunities with partners (partnership development side)
  • Collaborate: Act as a point of contact to resolve client requests and escalations
  • Grow: Continuously grow on foundational knowledge and independently lead client initiatives
