Summary
Join Pepperstone as their Affiliate Executive in LATAM and manage and expand affiliate partnerships across Latin America. This role focuses on performance marketing, campaign optimization, and building relationships with influencers. Key responsibilities include acquiring and managing affiliate partners, developing and executing engagement strategies, tracking and optimizing campaigns using Impact, Cellxpert, and Appsflyer, and collaborating with marketing, compliance, and product teams. You will also need to stay updated on LATAM market trends and collaborate with influencers. The ideal candidate has proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in forex, CFD, or fintech, and a strong understanding of campaign management tools. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred, and English proficiency is required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the forex, CFD, or fintech industry
- Strong understanding of Impact, Cellxpert, and Appsflyer campaign management
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance marketing and campaign optimization
- Solid understanding of LATAM markets, trading trends, and regional regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; English proficiency is required

Responsibilities
- Acquire, onboard, and manage affiliate partners in our key countries in LATAM (MX, CO, CL, PE, BR) to increase client acquisition and trading volume
- Develop and execute strategies to improve affiliate engagement and performance
- Track, analyse, and optimize campaigns using Impact, Cellxpert, and Appsflyer
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, and product teams to ensure successful affiliate partnerships
- Keep up to date with LATAM market trends, competitive landscape, and local regulatory considerations
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to drive brand awareness and client acquisition
- Provide affiliates and influencers with necessary resources, including creative assets, insights, and continuous performance feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Applicants with an existing portfolio of affiliate partners will be prioritized
- Influencer marketing experience is a big plus
