Summary

Join Omnidian, a fast-growing tech-enabled service company, as a Product Marketing Manager for our Commercial business line. You will develop and deliver go-to-market strategies and impactful content, enabling go-to-market teams and supporting client experience strategy. Responsibilities include content development and training for the Sales team, creating sales materials, and identifying customer insights. You will work closely with various teams to ensure effective market representation. The role requires 5+ years of B2B product marketing and sales enablement experience, along with 1+ year in C&I solar or renewable energy. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing and sales enablement
  • 1+ years of experience in C&I solar or renewable energy

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies and impactful content that enables our go-to-market teams and ensure they understand how and when to effectively use enablement content
  • Support the strategy and touchpoints for our client experience
  • Be responsible for content development and training for the Sales team, from updating programs for minor product changes to implementing entirely new product programs and sales approaches and methodologies
  • Ensure that we have best-in-class collateral, sales decks, pitchbooks, and onboarding training experiences for all new sales directors and leaders
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing leadership to ensure customer-facing teams represent our value proposition and position in the market most effectively and impactfully
  • Be Omnidian’s expert on our buyers and their behaviors, identifying market patterns, opportunities, and industry trends
  • Develop and describe customer personas, identify Omnidian’s ideal customer profiles, and use this segmentation and insight to inform product positioning, packaging, and pricing
  • Achieve a deep understanding of the solar and renewable energy industry and Omnidian’s position in the market
  • Work with Product Managers to measure and track TAM/SAM
  • Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, including competitive analysis, market trends, and voice of customer initiatives
  • Develop sales pitches, sales decks, and ad-hoc account-based management content
  • Work closely with the Product team to represent value propositions, address and overcome prospect pain points, and position Omnidian as the industry leader
  • Create and maintain best-in-class collateral, sales decks, case studies, and onboarding training experiences for new sales directors and leaders
  • Provide the Commercial Sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively sell Omnidian’s products to clients
  • Identify barriers, objections, and friction points in Omnidian’s onboarding and customer journey, building training and teaching our sales executives to overcome these and create reasonable client expectations
  • Ensure all market-facing materials align with our brand voice and represent Omnidian’s public-facing brand experience
  • Develop messaging and touch points throughout a Commercial client’s journey with Omnidian that show the value of our products and services, including enhanced reporting for clients that provides actionable insights that will positively impact our clients’ bottom lines
