Requirements

• Experienced in using Google Sheets for data management and WordPress for content updates, ensuring smooth execution of tasks
• You have a sharp eye for detail and prioritize accuracy and integrity in your work, ensuring high-quality output
• Comfortable working with data, you can extract insights and ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cloaked links for partner companies, tailoring them to the unique demands of specific articles, partners, and landing pages across various site placements
• Serve as a liaison between the Fit Links team and other departments such as Partnerships and relevant teams to ensure smooth operations, swiftly addressing any updates, issues, or roadblocks
• Conduct comprehensive quarterly link audits to optimize links and ensure link quality is maintained
• Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary software (Fit Links, FitPixel, Traction), becoming proficient in all its functions and capabilities. This includes learning the system's nuances to ensure efficient and effective use in daily operations
• Work seamlessly within WordPress to manage link placement, link updates, and other site-related tasks that fall within the linking team’s scope
• Participate in 2-4 weekly meetings, often scheduled during U.S. hours, to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and partners. These meetings serve as key touchpoints for fostering communication, addressing project updates, and driving progress on initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Past experience as a Data Entry Coordinator, Affiliate Marketer, or any position where you accurately input large amounts of data
