Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing with a proven track record of managing campaigns, you should be able to bring contacts and set up robust processes that work
• Go-getter mentality
• Experience implementing and scaling affiliate marketing platforms and programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive optimizations
• Experience working with affiliate platforms and managing relationships with partners
• A creative mindset to develop new ideas and solutions for driving growth

Responsibilities

• Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with affiliate partners, while coordinating with internal teams to create a seamless affiliate marketing experience
• Manage our affiliate marketing platform, setting up and scaling the affiliate program
• Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies tailored to our business goals
• Use data to evaluate and optimize affiliate campaign performance to maximize ROI
• Create affiliate marketing testing roadmaps to drive improvements through A/B tests and data-driven strategies
• Regularly report on campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
