You will lead generation efforts, recruit and manage affiliates, negotiate contracts, foster existing relationships, and analyze campaign results. Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in lead generation and cold outreach
- Problem-solver and strategic thinker
- Data-driven and analytical; results and numbers-oriented. Ability to come up with decisions backed up by critical insight, data, and trend analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with excellent command of English
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Research, identify, and onboard influencers, content creators, and other affiliates to Spocket's rapidly expanding Affiliate Program
- Outreach and Onboard : Recruit and build strong relationships with affiliates. Help set up new affiliates on our program. Walk them through the process of getting started. Answer any questions they have about our product, program, or payment process
- Contract Negotiation : Handle contract negotiations with influencers, ensure clear scope of work, alignment on timeline and deliverables, while driving cost efficiencies
- Foster Existing Relationships : Drive new sales growth initiatives amongst our existing affiliates, including YouTube, review websites, blogs, journals, and other online media platforms. Manage all communications and day-to-day coordination with affiliates
- Reporting : Combine data from multiple sources to build various company reports, including monthly performance reports, affiliate acquisition and departure updates, payouts, and account details etc
- Marketing Analysis : Analyze campaign results with affiliates and recommend strategy pivots. Assist in exporting data for every campaign performance and post-mortem reports
- Payments & Reconciliation : Coordinate and manage all payments and reconciliation support as needed with the Finance team
- Process Improvements : Oversee and develop protocols ensuring timely execution of content creatorsβ deliverables, contracts, and payments
- Research and Development : Stay on top of industry trends, latest Influencer/social media advancements,and relevant campaigns
- Ad hoc : Other ad-hoc tasks as needed on affiliate marketing management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce is an advantage
- Knowledge of marketing tracking tools, such as app tracking tools and affiliate platforms
